A number of TV and radio stations in Cambodia have broadcasted a message from King Norodom Monineath who proclaimed the rank promotion for the top three CPP leaders.
According to this proclamation, Chea Sim who was bestowed the title of Samdach already, is promoted to the rank ofSamdach Akkeak maha Thamma Pothisal , Heng Samrin is promoted to the rank of Samdach Akkeak Maha Peaknhea Chakrey , and Hun Sen is promoted to the rank of Samdach Akkeak Moha Senapadey Decho .
